Maximum Pasta for Weight Watchers Pro-Points Values


I have been weighing out my cooked pasta as per the points guide you get when you join WW, in this it says you can have 225g of cooked white pasta for 7 points. I then realised this is short changing myself as 220g is 6 points! So I am counting an extra point for just 5g of pasta. So I decided to look at the maximum amount of pasta you can have for each pro-point value…
1 pro-point = 50g
2 pro-points = 84g
3 Pro-points = 119g
4 pro-points = 152g
5 pro-points = 186g
6 pro-points = 220g
7 pro-points = 253g
